Phase 4 Public Sector Low Carbon Skill Fund (LCSF4) announced

£17 million of funding is being made available in the 4th Phase of the Low Carbons Skills Fund (LCSF). It can be used to provide a grant to public sector organisations to develop plans to decarbonise their buildings.

As of the 1st April 2023 Energy Bills Discount Scheme will replace the Energy Bill Relief Scheme that was introduced in 2022 to support consumers on their energy bills.
